Refund policy

We warrant that RockTape products will be free of manufacturing defects for 365 days after the purchase date. IRockTape will replace such defective products at no charge.

Simply mail the defective product with proof of purchase to the address listed below and include your contact information within the packaging. RockTape also offers a 30-day back money guarantee on all RockTape products with a dated proof of purchase. They must be submitted to the below address for processing.
